
Well, I'm glad we all had fun on Halloween! Now it's time to get ready for Thanksgiving and that means exercising so that we don't gain like 15 lbs. My wife and I have started exercising again! She goes to the gym like 4 times a week which is very good and I do about the same except I don't go to the gym, I stay at home and exercise. This is me jumping rope which is a good work out if you don't want to go run around in the freezing cold weather. Also, I jumped over 100 times consecutively LOL not a great accomplishment but for me it is.
